What You Need to Know:
- It has been announced that almost two decades after the OVA, FLCL will be getting a continuation in the form of a TV anime series!
- What's more, it will be a joint project between Japanese studio Production I. G and Cartoon Network, and will be aired on Adult Swim's Toonami either at the end of 2017 or the beginning of 2018!
- As for the staff, animation direction will be led by Katsuyuki Motohiro (Psycho-Pass) and Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (Neon Genesis Evangelion) will be in charge of original character design!
