- The anime adaption for idol boy game Ensemble Stars! was first announced back in December last year.
- Now, it's been revealed at Anime Japan 2016 that the series will start airing in 2017! It was also announced that a second set of unit albums are in the making.
- Finally, the first casting for the live action stage play was revealed. Subaru will be played by Ren Ozawa, Hokuto by Ikkei Yamamoto, Makoto by Taiichirou Matsumura, and Mao by Riki Tanimizu!
