What You Need to Know:
- Recently we've been keeping you up to date with the latest in the Death Note live action movies, Death Note 2016 - with the protagonist being revealed last week, and Misa Misa before that.
- Today, we bring you two new visuals for L's successor, who also goes by the alias Ryuuzaki, played by Sosuke Ikematsu. One still shows him sitting in his own unique way, the other with him wearing the same mask the previous L did to combat the Shinigami's Eye.
- Takahiro Satou, the producer of Death Note 2016, has also commented on the relationship between this Ryuuzaki and protagonist Tsukuru Mishima - check it out along with the visuals below!
"In the previous work Light and L has an antagonistic relationship, but this time Mishima and Ryuuzaki are working together in the investigation. However, within their relationship there is definitely some antagonism and suspicion."
