What You Need to Know:
- The theatrical release for the stage play, Ghost in the Shell ARISE: GHOST is ALIVE will be on November 5th, and will run until November 15th. It will be held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Play House.
- The show is being directed by film director Shutaro Oku, who had worked on the Persona and BLOOD-C theatrical plays. The script is being handled by Junichi Fujisaku, the scriptwriter for Ghost in the Shell STAND ALONE COMPLEX and Ghost in the Shell ARISE.
- With this being the 25th year since the creation of Ghost in the Shell, and with a Hollywood movie already announced, this play will pay the series homage by using 3D images for the first time in Japan!
