As the 5 worlds connected and a portal ‘Hairou’ opened, young girls in their teens gained various supernatural powers called ‘Exceed.’ Exceed are extreme enhancements in one’s physical strength and unique abilities. At the same time, ‘crystals’ that keep the world balanced started causing irregulars. As this was the start of the collapse of the world, the 5 worlds decided to train and protect the ‘Progress,’ girls with extreme strength. In an island in the middle of the pacific, they built a training center for the ‘Progresses,’ called ‘Seiran Gakuen’ named after the island ‘Seiran-jima.’ The girls train here, awaiting the day when the world will need them.
