Synopsis
[ua_synopsis text="Mari Hayase is a second year middle school student who is upbeat and tries her hardest at everything. She treasures the Armillary sphere compass that she received from her father, a world renowned scientist, three years ago before he disappeared. One day, Mari happens to be in her friend Waka’s other brother Shun’s room. She stumbles across a book that once used to be in her father Eiji’s laboratory about magnets, electricity and their invention and discovery. From that open book, she is swallowed by a strange light that is emitted and time warps. Wherever the Armillary compass points to, she time warps. Through her travels, she meets various scientists, and along with Waka and Shun, they chase after Eiji’s footsteps in hopes to discover his whereabouts. While they are searching for him, so is someone else. Entrepreneur, Jou Mikage is also in pursuit of Eiji. Currently a drama is spinning around Eiji’s disappearance as part of a story on a vertical axis. While now in the past, Mari must now unroll the mysteries of science with the scientists as they discover and invent various historical items.
