The Zeon forces have been launching nonstop attacks on the beehive unit and as a result they have been going from commander to commander. In the MS Patrol unit, the superior officer has died and so Io, has been chosen to pilot the full armor Gundam. Refusing to be subdued and to lose both his family and homeland, Io is a bit of a daredevil. In order for him to fight in the cockpit of a Gundam, he has trained himself to detest the sound of fighters being crushed or killed." img='']

[ua_character name="Claudia Peer" voice="Toa Yukinari" desc="Claudia Peer is a Lieutenant colonel working with the joint unit. Her childhood friends are Cornelius and Io. Their commanding officer has been killed when they were at the point of taking command of the Thunderbolt zone, and due to the relentless attacks, they retreated. Io condemns that painful show of weakness but Cornelius is thankful but yet still admonishing. Claudia is supposed to be in love with Io, but due to the debilitating effects of the war, a rift has grown between them. The patrol unit is supposed to exist to deliver supplies and refresh stocks while being run by students. However, Claudia is more than determined to keep them out of harms way." img='']

[ua_character name="Daryl Lorenz" voice="Ryohei Kimura" desc="Daryl is a member of the Zeon forces patrol unit. His rank is Sergeant Major however he becomes a second lieutenant later. He lost bother of his legs in the wear, so he was assigned to the Dried Fish Division of the Living Dead Unit. He is an MS-sniper. He works together with Karla and her Reuse P Device which is collecting data on him. He has good knowledge of the layout of the Thunderbolt Zone. He uses the Electromagnetic Interference of the Minovsky particle to predict the movements of his enemies and as such has become a very successful soldier. On top of that, Daryl, who has been chosen to load the Reuse P Device, fights against Io whom he is fated to fight. He loves pop music and will play it in the cockpit while he is fighting." img='']

[ua_character name="Karla Mitchum" voice="Sayaka Ohhara" desc="Karla is a research student in the Dried Fish Unit studying artificial limbs. She also helps injured soldiers with their artificial limbs. She was romantically involved with the leader of Daryl's unit however, he was killed by Io on the battlefield. So, she begged Daryl to get revenge for her. She has agreed to work with the Zeon Empire on the Reuse P Device to make it stronger in exchange for freeing her father from prison." img='']
