What You Need to Know:
- An original web anime titled Historical has released its first thirteen-minute episode, available to watch online.
- The anime, which follows a girl in her final year of high school who is struggling to decide what to do after graduation, is actually a product of Kobe Women's University to encourage more students to enter their Department of History.
- Not only does the series have an interesting plot, in which the girl suddenly travels back in time and comes face-to-face with historical happenings - it also has an impressive cast behind it.
- Notable names include Takahiro Sakurai, Eri Kitamura, Akira Kasahara, Satoshi Tsuruoka, and Yuusuke Shirai, with newcomer Ayaka Fujimoto playing the lead character, Shiki Kanotsuno. Staff members of the Department of History also acted alongside these big names!
